Our Policies
Appointment Policy - Due to the nature of our practice, we see patients on weekdays by appointment only. This allows us to give each pet the attention he/she deserves. We will, however, make every effort to accommodate patients with emergencies or on a medical needs basis whenever possible. Please allow our client care representatives to make a convenient appointment for you, schedule our drop-off service, or tell you about our walk-in Saturday hours. We also ask that you try to give us as much notice as possible when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Payment Policy - We require full payment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, debit cards and all major credit cards.
Other Policies
- Pharmacy - Please allow 24 hours for prescription refills or up to 7 days for specialty compounded medications. Our Pharmacy Techs will make every effort to accommodate your pharmacy refill needs.
- Internet Pharmacy Requests - We will be happy to provide you with written prescriptions for internet pharmacy use. However, we do require that the internet pharmacy maintain the original hard copy of the script on file to protect the integrity of the script. It is your responsiblity to mail the original to the internet pharmacy. Please request this written script at the time of your office visit so the doctor can review the medical history and approve the script without delay.
